By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before work begins. The final 50% is due upon completion before delivery of the final high-resolution file.
Pricing fluctuates from piece to piece and is to be determined via correspondence between artist and client.
Payments are electronic and accepted via Venmo. The client is responsible for any applicable transaction fees.
Your commission includes up to 2 rounds of revisions during the initial sketch phase.
Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved or the artwork is finished will incur an additional fee of $5 per revision.
All updates and feedback will be sent via email (down below).
The legal stuff:
This artwork is for personal use only and not to be copied, replicated, or reworked upon purchase.
I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to display the piece in my online portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes.
Under no circumstances may this artwork be used for AI training models, datasets, or NFT/crypto minting.
I retain all intellectual property rights to the artwork.
